We want you to love our products as long as it stands. Under the Refurbishment Programme, we will refurbish the carpet of your products for a reasonable price. If you have any questions, please contact support@pompompets.co.nz.

The maximum price for a full refurbishment cost is $549.42 + $20 shipping (if applicable) for Bengal from the Plush range, our 160cm high 3-tier cat tree. Everything else will be cheaper depending on the carpet and product models you have chosen and what parts you want to refurbish.
Please feel free to send a request for quote. There will not be a binding obligation until you pay.
Free Delivery Day option is available for the Refurbishment programme. Please check our Shipping & Delivery. Otherwise, $20 flat shipping fee will be applied per order within Wellington, unless you pick up your products from our workshop.
How to Utilise the Refurbishment Programme
- Please fill and submit the Refurbishment Programme Form. We will contact you to confirm the scope of work, timeline and a fixed price quote. If you want us to ship your refurbished products, the shipping will be calculated here as well.
- If you wish to proceed, we will give you the payment instructions. Your order will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
- After we receive your payment, you will ship your products to our workshop at your cost. The products must be properly packaged to avoid damage in transit to us. Alternatively you can drop them off to our workshop during operating hours or by appointment. Please see the Delivery Instructions section on the Shipping & Delivery page for more information.
- We will notify you when your products arrive at our workshop. We aim to refurbish your products within 10 working days.
- We will let you know when your product is finished and ready for collection/shipping.
Important Information
This service applies to the carpet refurbishment of Pompom Pets products only, and excludes modification of the product structure. Refurbishment is done by hand and may require up to 10 working days from the arrival of your product to our workshop, to complete.
We may not be able to offer the refurbishment using the same exact carpet as what was used for your products. We will contact you to discuss carpet substitution before the order is confirmed. After the order is confirmed and the price is paid, we are unable to change what was agreed even though the appearance may differ from what you expected.
